Fermentation in steel tanks. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation takes place over 15-20 days . Malolactic fermentation lasts anything from a few weeks to several months. The wine is then aged for six to eight weeks in 50 hl Slovenian oak barrels and three months in the bottle.
